0.13.3.2 Accessibility Update

Changed the color of the Points HUD to match the upgradebench 
 ( also the trail color for the points )

DeepFried point multiplier 0.55=> 0.65

HotSauce point multiplier 0.65 => 0.75

SimpleMeal point multiplier 0.7 => 0.75

Health regen cost 100p => 60p

Ammo regen cost 45p => 40p

Revolver damage 40 => 50

Added sign to upgrade bench to show the player, that they can press " E " to exit

Basic Enemies should now throw more at the player instead over their head

Basically makes the game more " easy " and accessible, in some way
